1. Acceptance and Binding Agreement

2. Accounts, Orders, and Formation of Contract

If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error or insufficient stock, we will initiate a full refund within 3 business days and assume no further liability.

The price valid at the time of order confirmation applies. Prices exclude any value-added taxes, customs duties, international shipping, and surcharges, which are your responsibility.
3.2 Payments are processed via third-party gateways. The full order amount must be paid upon confirmation.

4. Delivery, Transfer of Risk, and Title
4.1 We will arrange international shipping via carriers. Any displayed shipping times are estimates only. We will endeavor to ship according to schedule but are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., customs inspections, international logistics congestion, pandemics). However, we may, upon your request, assist in providing shipping status information.
4.2 The risk of loss or damage to the products passes entirely to you upon our delivery of the products to the first carrier (i.e., upon "shipment"). You are responsible for insuring the goods.
4.3 Title to the products remains with us until you have paid all amounts due in full.
4.4 You, as the importer, are solely responsible for complying with all import regulations of the destination country/region and for paying all related taxes and fees.

8. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction

8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent people‘s court in the location of our principal place of business (i.e., Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China) for resolution through litigation.
8.3 You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the said court and waive any objection to such venue.

9. General Provisions
Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the subject matter.
