Refund policy

Shenzhen Dalang Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (“We”) takes every customer seriously and is committed to providing high-quality GNSS products and resolving any issues you may encounter. All products undergo strict quality control before shipment.

Important Notice: Given that our products (receivers, modules, antennas, etc.) are precision electronic devices, this policy contains special terms. Please read carefully before initiating a request.

1. 30-Day Return & One-Year Limited Warranty
1.1 Return Period: You have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of product receipt.
1.2 Warranty Period: All products come with a one-year limited warranty starting from the shipment date.
Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship of the product itself.
Exclusions (Not Covered):
* Damage caused by human error, misuse, water ingress, drops, or unauthorized disassembly/modification.
* Performance issues arising from failure to follow the product manual or technical specifications.
* Damage caused by force majeure or external factors such as natural disasters or abnormal voltage.
* Normal performance degradation or cosmetic wear and tear.

2. Eligibility & Conditions for Return/Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the "New and Resalable" standard:

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Unopened/Unused: The product must be in a brand-new, uninstalled, and unpowered state.

    • Complete Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be intact and included.

    • Undamaged: The product must show no signs of physical damage or scratches.

    • Configuration ClearedAny device configurations or parameter settings performed by you must be completely erased, restoring the device to its factory default state.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom products, items past the return period, used/installed/modified items, damaged/removed serial labels, or incomplete items.

    • Products with performance failures (covered under warranty service, not eligible for no-reason returns. Please contact technical support directly).

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange Request (Mandatory)
3.1 Prior Contact: You must first contact us via email at Dalang@gnss.club, providing your order number, name, and reason for return/exchange. For an exchange, please specify the desired replacement model (subject to stock availability).
3.2 Provide Evidence: If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please attach clear photos for our expedited processing.
3.3 Obtain Authorization: We will review your request. If eligible, we will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be processed.

4. Refund Processing
4.1 Inspection & Confirmation: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 7 business days and notify you of the result via email.
4.2 Refund Issuance: If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment. It typically takes 7-15 business days for the refund to be credited, depending on your bank or payment platform.
4.3 Refund Amount:
* The refund covers the product purchase price only.
All shipping costs, insurance from the original order, and any shipping costs or import duties incurred for the return will not be refunded.
* If a discount coupon was used for the purchase, the refund will be for the actual amount paid.

5. Exchange Processing

  • Damaged on Arrival: If an item is damaged or defective when you receive it, we will cover the cost of replacement upon verification.

  • Other Exchanges: For exchanges due to other reasons (e.g., model selection), any price difference will be settled. Round-trip shipping costs for the exchange are generally your responsibility.

6. Return Shipping, Risk & Liability (Important)

  • Cost & Risk: Unless the item is damaged on arrivalyou are responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance. You bear the risk of loss or damage during the return shipment.

  • Mandatory Requirement: You must use a trackable shipping service and keep the tracking number safe. We cannot guarantee a refund if you cannot provide a valid tracking number proving the shipment was sent.

  • Import Responsibility: You are responsible for all customs procedures and taxes for the return. Please ensure the parcel can clear customs smoothly back to China.
