This Shipping Policy is designed to clearly explain key matters regarding order fulfillment, delivery timelines and related responsibilities after you place an order. Please read it carefully. This policy, together with our Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and our company.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

We are committed to processing your orders efficiently.
1.1 Standard Procedure: For all countries and regions, we will arrange shipment within 3-7 Chinese business days upon confirmation of your payment.
1.2 Quality Assurance: To ensure each device meets your order specifications and our high-quality standards, some products may require final production calibration or configuration. If this process takes longer than the aforementioned dispatch time, our customer service team will proactively contact you via email with an updated fulfillment schedule.
1.3 Working Hours: Order processing is only conducted on Chinese business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese national public holidays). Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next Chinese business day.

2. Delivery Service, Shipping Costs & Transit Time

2.1 Delivery Service & Shipping Costs

  • We cooperate with international logistics carriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS to provide worldwide delivery services.
  • Shipping costs are calculated in real time based on the delivery destination, product weight and dimensions. You may view the specific cost on the checkout page.

2.2 Transit Time

The following are estimated transit times after the parcel leaves our warehouse (excluding order processing time) for reference only, and all timelines are calculated based on Chinese business days:
  • United States: Approximately 10-20 Chinese business days
  • Other regions (Asia, Australia, Europe, etc.): Approximately 14-30 Chinese business days
Please Note: Transit times may be extended due to customs inspections in the destination country, logistics peak seasons, weather conditions, public holidays (e.g., Christmas, local New Year) and other factors. We shall not be liable for such uncontrollable delays, but will make every effort to assist you in tracking your parcel. 3. Duties, Taxes & Import Compliance (Important)

3.1 Import duties, Value-Added Tax (VAT), consumption taxes and other relevant fees shall be subject to the official charging standards of the destination country. For detailed regulations, please refer to the customs and tax policies of the destination country.
3.2 Product prices and shipping costs displayed on our official website do not include the aforementioned taxes and fees, which may be collected by the local customs or logistics carrier in the destination country upon delivery.
3.3 We shall not be liable for any losses arising from customs clearance failure, parcel return or confiscation due to non-compliance of the products with the import regulations of the destination country (e.g., wireless device certification requirements).

4. Order Tracking, Delivery & Risk Assumption

4.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a logistics tracking number. You may check the parcel status on the carrier's official website or by logging into your account on our website.
4.2 Upon our delivery of the products to the cooperating logistics carrier (i.e., when the parcel is shipped), the ownership of the products and the risk of loss or damage to the products shall be fully transferred to you.
4.3 Receipt & Issue Resolution: Please ensure the delivery address you fill in when placing an order is accurate and complete, and sign for the parcel in a timely manner. If the goods shipped from Dalang are returned by the logistics carrier due to an incorrect address provided by you, all resulting return shipping costs shall be borne by you. Relevant fees incurred due to failed delivery attempts from repeated unavailability to receive the parcel or your unreasonable refusal of receipt shall also be borne by you. In the event of loss or severe damage to the parcel during transit, you need to file a claim directly with the logistics carrier, and we will provide the necessary shipment proof to assist you with the claim process.
